Campaign Guidelines

HPCL Kolkata Campaign

By participating in the HPCL Kolkata HP-Carnival campaign, the participant (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") unconditionally accepts the following terms and conditions:

Campaign Period: The campaign shall be valid from October 08, 2024, to December 08, 2024, both dates inclusive (the "60 Campaign Period").

Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are residents of India and who purchase petrol or Power at participating HPCL outlets in Kolkata as per the specified fuel purchase amounts.

Two Wheeler Segment: Customers must purchase Power95 worth ₹200 or more or Petrol worth ₹300 or more.

Four Wheeler Segment: Customers must purchase Power95 worth ₹1000 or more or Petrol worth ₹1500 or more.

Participating Outlets: The campaign is valid only at the specified 100 petrol pumps located within the Kolkata region as detailed by HPCL.

Campaign Participation: To participate, customers must scan the QR code displayed at the petrol pump or send an SMS in the prescribed format (HPCL<space> CUST.CODE<space> Bill number) to XXXXXXXX.

Sponsor's Rights: The sponsors reserve the right to withdraw any ongoing offer or gift without assigning any reason whatsoever. Customers cannot claim any gift or coupon that is withdrawn by the sponsors.

Agency's Role: The agency is only a facilitator and does not hold any right over any sponsor offers as they are the independent offers and are seasonal.

Limitations of Liability: HPCL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of their participation in the campaign or the acceptance of any prize.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.   

Data Privacy: Customer information collected for this campaign will be treated in accordance with HPCL's privacy policy.
